I have:
-Max Zandalari Alchemy
-All the flask recipes
Yet, flasks only last for 1 hour. It works on my other toons. Am I doing something wrong or has something broke?
Do you have the Alchemist Stone equipped?

You might try a UI Reset first, and make sure it isn’t a UI issue.

Sadly its been an issues for days
All the more reason to do a full UI issue the sooner we rule that out the sooner we can look at other solutions.

Yes, I have done a full UI reset.
Probably best to report it as a bug in the Bug Report forums so that the QA department can have a look. It does sound like a possible UI issue, but a Full UI Reset should have handled that.
If you have any screenshots to share, that might be helpful too! You can post them to a site like Imgur and then post them on the forums using the ` key on either side so that the link works
