i got suspended from the beta for the nams tabif aldoro, tabean aldoro, asher aldoro, and marila aldoro. this is why they need actual humans doing the name suspensions. these are same names ive used in wow for over 20 years.
All bans were handled by real people no ai and no ur not gona get ur acess back CS was told to not get involved.
how are those a violation if real people handled it this would have happened.
Every person who was suspended had their names reviewed by real developers. Also, that they can see EVERY SINGLE NAME you have ever created, whether you played on that character or not. They’re also not going to do anything about your ban, but be glad it’s ONLY for Beta and not Forever. Do better next time.

TBH vrak has stated sure u have those few names but those werent the only ones in teh beta system that got caught even if u never logged into those toons.
This. Even if you created a name just to see if you could, then decided that was a bad idea and deleted that character, they can still see it and you are still going to be actioned for it.
The idea here, is personal responsibility. Think before you act and understand that actions have consequences. Choose poorly, suffer the consequences. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time, y’know?

You do know that you can easily make up new names to downplay stuff, right? Its not like we can go into your account and see the names outselves.

it just goes to show that real people aren’t reviewing this stuff. and you cant contact support for help or at least a reason why.

Additionally, we have removed beta access for some users who created names that were far outside of our Code of Conduct. The use of dual names has allowed players new levels of creativity and personalization with your characters, some took this opportunity to reveal too much about themselves and will no longer be participating in this Beta.
The World of Warcraft team takes the safety and inclusiveness of our game very seriously. These actions were performed directly by the World of Warcraft Development team and were individually reviewed. The Customer Service team cannot and will not assist with any appeals. Our system for enforcing naming standards will be coming online very shortly, we would appreciate testers refraining from “testing” this system, as you run the risk of being actioned and losing access to the Beta. none i have 2 names swify aldoro and pallywin aldoro i never logged in thats it. thats whats so stupid about all this. people keep linking the name violation thing like that changes anything.
Real people TOTALLY are reviewing, multiple people as a matter of fact.
Observation: Nearly every “I’m totally innocent, look at these innocent names I made! Why did I get banned?” threads have been created by people who cannot or will not use proper grammar techniques. Is that weird to anyone else or am I the weird one?
