Beta Ooops Error

I bought both collector edition and basic edition so I don’t know if I would or would not get Beta. However, the battle net show download for beta, so I clicked on it, it started to download and then I get an Ooops error message.

So am I supposed to have beta and it is not downloading or is it a random error?

PS: I know the collector’s editions have changed over the years, but I love the goodies and I wish they could come out soon rather than later and show up that I have it so I don’t have to buy an online version first.

Only epic digital has beta, not collectors,

CE beta access

I don’t believe Beta is one of the advertised bonuses for the physical Collector’s Edition. At least I’m not seeing that on the Gear Store page. Beta access is included with the Epic Edition of the Digital version of Midnight. As Nobully indicates, if you purchase the digital version you’ll be able to get a credit based on that purchase when you redeem the Collector’s Edition code.
