You sound confused. I didn’t say you owed me or anyone else anything. I mean you might owe it to yourself to not look like every other “stolen glory” raider.

The sad reality is the ones who are full of S reply like you did every time. It’s always some version of “I don’t owe you anything” or “I don’t have time for that”

It would have taken less time to post on your main than to take that screen shot of somebody else’s weapon.

There are like 550+ guilds that are 12/12 mythic. Could it be a carry? Sure. He probably doesn’t want to post on his main for fear of someone on the forums trying to harass him or run to his guild leader / officers and be like “anon was mean to me on the forums”

And if it ever did, my guild and any guild I could think of would laugh for about 25 minutes at the person who whispered them. As for the whispering them, ingame /ignore works wonders, especially now that it mutes entire accounts.

And if it ever did, my guild and any guild I could think of would laugh for about 25 minutes at the person who whispered them. As for the whispering them, ingame /ignore works wonders, especially now that it mutes entire accounts.

Thats fine, you don’t have to believe it happens for it to actually happen. Just like you don’t believe hes actually downed the mythic content instead of being carried.

They’re random, and we can know that because, aside from streamers and commentators with large following, we see players from every sphere of play in the beta. There are total casuals who never touched a raid and there are long-time mythic raiders and there are long-time PvP players who get invites. Some people get invited every expansion and others have never seen an invite.

It truly is random and the player base is massive. It’s just RNG.

I’ve been playing since TBC. And I honestly can’t remember which ones i’ve been in and which I havent. MoP was a given since I did that whole annual pass thing. I wasn’t in beta for Wrath/Cata though. I know that for sure.

MoP was my first experience with a beta because I basically payed for it.
WoD I don’t think I was invited? And Legion I was invited like…a week or two before release. It was pretty pointless so I never played it.
BfA was the only expansion I got invited like halfway through beta.

Hmm. feels like you ignored the second part of that statement. BTW, I wasn’t laughing at you, I thought what you said was meant to be humorous. I apologize if it wasn’t.

It’s not a matter of what I believe. All I said was it was my experience that those that felt the need to post about them being cutting edge didn’t earn it.

Anyways, this is turning non-productive. So changing subjects, have you gotten in the beta yet? If so what do you think so far? I’m hearing a lot of good things about the expansion. It’s got me stoked!

Some of them are random and some aren’t. I am convinced if people really want to get beta invites, that they just have to do PTR testing for awhile and report bugs on those. (well asides from being a streamer and/or family/friends of blizz ppl).

Streamers, family members etc aside, it seems to be completely random. I have been playing WoW in EU almost since the start, and have never received a beta on my US or EU account. I just chalk it up to being another Blizzard RNG game

I really do just want to know if they’re random, I’ve heard that they are and aren’t, just want to confirm.

As far as I’m aware a small % are not random, basically invites that Blizzard gives out to streamers and content creators for the publicity, and a certain portion just for the high end community to ensure things like raid testing get a good showing.

The majority though should be random.

I’ve been getting them since MoP but I’d rather wait for the game to be fully released than waste time playing a beta.
