Beta and stess test available but can't play

I ALREADY HELPED. TWICE.

Last I checked, I’m not an employee, so it’s perfectly fine that I’m not able to make it for the next one.

OH. MY. GOD.

You people are freaking COMEDY.

LISTEN TO YOURSELVES.

No, just people who “helped” and now want their SSD space back.

Alright, hey. That’s fine. You don’t want to test anymore. But you should absolutely 100% be blocked from beta invite. Simple as that.

“You people” lol

Yes, you people calling me “despicable” or “a muppet” and demanding I get sanctioned by Blizzard as a bad, bad, naughty authentication server tester for not showing up to work next week because I’ll be busy with the job I actually get paid to do.

You people, demanding people who uninstall get “blocked from beta invite” because, what, they wanted to remove a redundant game client from their drive using an option that Blizzard themselves finally got around to providing.

All I was saying, way above there, was that it’s very much about time we got the option to uninstall the client when we’re done, and suddenly I have a notifications list that reads like someone being upset because I didn’t address their daddy as “sir” on prom night.

No. You are literally saying, that you don’t want to test stress test anymore. And you’ll only play if it’s actual beta. And you got called out for just wanting to play the game. If you do not want to test the game further, if you feel the game doesn’t need more testing, as you said, your words. Then you do not deserve beta. That is just a fact. It shouldn’t be wasted on ‘you people’ as you like to label.

I didn’t call you anything. At this point I’m just moving on.

So what if I “just want to play the game”? That’s what a beta is for.

If you think hours of login failures are “helping” Blizzard in any way with “testing” - a company that already knows EXACTLY how to scale login for a launch involving simultaneous millions of people - then I’ve got a bridge I can sell you since you might be the ideal customer.

You DO know the ACTUAL stress test was IN GAME, right? Not the authentication servers, which aren’t actually in beta at all?

interesting

Dang, I guess that ‘Report Bug’ feature is just for looks. I’m so silly. And doing tests for no reason whatsoever, totally makes sense. Additionally, testing is testing. You either want to test or you don’t. Enjoy not playing the game with the rest of us and being wrong. I stopped caring posts ago with the simple statement of you not deserving beta. Moving on now. Enjoy retail.

Can’t use the “report bug” feature if you can’t get into the game now, can you?

It could be argued that Blizzard didn’t want me to report bugs, anyway, since I don’t have access to the Classic bugs forum. I had to post my bug report about the lack of uninstall here in this one a few weeks back (see, I do report bugs :P)

Also one major thing to keep in mind with this “beta test”

no invite waves have gone out at all past the first streamer invite wave. That’s literally all that’s playing is streamers and their friends and friends of Blizzard.

This isn’t a beta, it’s a friends and family alpha.

That’s actually incorrect. Numerous people have gotten into the beta since then that are not friends/family/streamer.

Most of them are indeed friends of streamers. Very few people have gone in that wasn’t. Every single streamer that had friends got all of them in.

It’s a friends and family alpha, no major waves have happened since the first Streamer Wave.

Case in point: Literally all of the streamers are complaining about not enough people on the beta servers.

No. Normal people have gotten in since then with no connection. I feel like you’re trying to twist it into an anti-streamer privilege complaint - either way, it’s false. Invites slowed, they didn’t stop. It’s a very small amount on beta, yup. But others have made it in.

Trust me. I’ve been disgustingly glued to monitoring these forums daily as well as other sources of community. People have. Just not nearly enough.

Kaivax I love you fam, but this explanation is bonkers.
This game is awesome and I was really excited to hear that Blizz was bringing it back. I reactivated my vanilla account like many others for this reason. Then the beta happened and it has just been weird and annoying.
I got the impression that Blizz wanted Classic to succeed but now I have my doubts. I am not upset, I am sad, the PR from this beta is hurting what we know to be a great game.

Hey Classic Beta is back on here, maybe they’re gonna get us to test again.
“This is so you can uninstall Classic”
Not sure if an intentional troll given timing with AV testing, but gave me a laugh.

Jesus… Enough of this doom and gloom hyperbole nonsense. Everybody and their mothers knows classic will succeed given the success nostalrius had and the fact the current state of BFA is a pile of regurgitated garbage. People have wanted this change for a decade and the fact it’s coinciding with Blizzard’s worst ever expansion IS A GOOD THING FOR CLASSIC. Retail WoW is uninspiring and dull. Full stop.

I’ll say one other thing - classic is merely the beginning. What’s not cool is people on here that complain for the sake of complaining and going full ape because they feel they’re entitled to everything. Enjoy the summer because it’ll be over before you know it. Then you can no-life it to your hearts desires, zoomers.

Thank you.

maybe the difference is…the peeps that sub back ( folks with early/mid 2000s accounts) usubbed, after being gut punched … over streamer gate…sub time run out…

Great, now I know how to uninstall the pile of s*it that is BfA. Thanks Blizz!
