Best Undead Class/Spec?

I already posted this but didn’t get many replies so I thought I would try one more time.

I love the Undead Race and as I want to find the best class/spec in terms of taking the greatest advantage of their racials. I’ve been looking through some Sim data on herodamage and so far DK and Rogues have popped out in terms of dps output. I also noticed that Fire Mage simmed well on M+ only.

I don’t really care about flavor/fantasy here, just mechanical synergy with the talents. Also, feel free to make non dps based reasons. Like maybe a certain class can take better advantage of Will of the Forsken than others?

Thoughts?
Edit: if it’s not too much trouble, I’d appreciate an explanation for why you chose that class/spec

Holy priest. Why? Because what’s more badass than someone’s who’s faith is so strong that they wield something that hurts them for the good of others?

I might think like that because I am a pally, but I dunno, I really like the idea.

Any racials that help you get out of bad gunk is great for tanks.

Undead DK really plays into the whole “deaths advance” thing. Just your doom moving slowly towards you. You can run, but you can’t stop the inevitable.

All I can say is Touch of the Grave is the only racial I truly love. Plus, we’re pretty. Undead everything imo.

When you guys say stuff like Shadow Priest or Warlock, why do you think Undead has good racials for them? Or are you guys more talking about the fantasy of a spooky race being a spooky class?

Rogue I can def agree with because according to Herodamage, undead sims quite well for Outlaw.

When you can be one of the mostest awesomest race on Horde what difference does a racial make?
They make great priests (any spec), rogues, warlocks. I’m think warrior and or hunter too but never made one.

edit: Doh! And Mage, they make great mage. Edit again… Plus you get Cannibalize.

Go play something meta if you’re not into flavor/fantasy.

What I’m into is mechanical synergy. I don’t care about about the meta as much.

For example I like Trolls and Goblins as Shamans because they have haste racials and haste is so good for Enhancement. So I’m maining an Enhancenemt Troll, but enhancement is def not Meta.

Warrior, warlock, rogue, or DK then.

Spriests are also good, I just don’t like all of the tentacles.

The answer is undead male rogue because Leather armor in vanilla and bc was literally DESIGNED on the undead male rogue skin and then everyone else it just gets stretched or warped to hell.

Mage’s food/drink tables kinda makes cannibalize useless. So thats an example of why Mage may not be the best spec for undead.

Rogue is really looking like the best option so far. That or DK. The dps sims highly which I imagine is to do with some sort of synergy with Touch of the Grave proccing frequently

best?play the meta classes that everyone else is playing otherwise you are not playing the best.

Im more interested in Synergy than being “the best”. That said, Outlaw does seem to be the best and Rogue seems to have synergy
