dwarf priest/hunter
human rogue/warrior/arcane mage
draenei prot/holy paladin/ shaman
gnome lock/frost/fire mage
nelf druid
orc hunter/warrior
belf ret pally/arcane mage
troll frost/fire mage /shaman
tauren druid
undead priest/lock/rogue
theoretically 
the troll frost/fire mage is better than belf because of troll haste racial, but belf beats them at arcane mage because belf can mana tap.
gnome expansive mind beats human spirit for frost/fire mage and lock, but human spirit beats gnome for arcane mage.
draenei prot/holy paladin better than all other paladins, even better than belf prot and holy paladin, but belf ret paladin better than draenei ret paladin
humans beat everybody at rep gain so theoretically, fastest race to attune.

I think Draenei is much better than dwarf for priest… Have chastise , fear ward and hymn of hope. Human is really good too 10% spirit.
Draenei mage with self heal …

Horde PvP undead and belf are somewhat interchangeable for all classes. Priests and Warriors can change depending on your spec but most everything else should be about right.

I like elves and never cared about the min/max perspectives. Blood elves are the only reason I ever played on the Horde faction. Draenei are all right but usually if I cannot play a class I like as an elf (e.g. warlock) I will go with a human.
I really liked when they opened up warrior for the blood elves because that matched my two favorites.

The +Hit from Draenei is the best PvE racial for hunters for alli. Dwarf gun +crit is useless for most later TBC content due to the lack of guns and mass amounts of bows. Beyond that, nelfs have nice base stats I guess?

I would argue a human ret paladin is the best dps for alliance paladins bc of expertise and the bonus of heroic presence from dreanie. That is a huge boost to white damage which is most of a paladins dps.
Heroic Presence only gives melee hit if the Draenei is Hunter, Paladin, or Warrior. Otherwise, it gives spell hit. And it only gives that hit to their party, not the raid, so they’d have to specifically be in a party with a Draenei Hunter, Paladin, or Warrior. Not very likely, and notably more difficult to achieve than… being a Blood Elf.
Furthermore, even without the Draenei, they only need 3% hit to be capped, which makes it practically impossible to not go over hit cap when gearing.
Isnt the old Gift of the Naaru just a flat number heal? The current is % based, so I only see the ability becoming weaker over time/gear progression.
