This place hidden away in a giant warehouse. Just look up Costco.
Real Chicago pizza isn’t deep dish. It’s tavern style square cut thin crust.
I used to live in Chi as well. I was spoiled by all the food there in general. Pizza is definitely not the same.
I do like the Cauliflower crust pizza from Costco. Low carb
It’s fascinating how on this post most people only talk about U.S styles for pizza as the best in the world…not a single Italy comment or another places yet haha.
I’d like to try pizza on other places, in my country there’s different great places, at least for me it’s about the process, there’s good pizza from brand places like for a gathering with friends but when you want a personal pizza, I’d prefer a place that use an actual wood oven and it’s not like an automated process.
Oh those look cute gas ? I’ll have to talk with bro .he may want that instead of firewood <rather wish this just because the taste is good.
I live up here in Nooksack, WA. Over two small towns is a gas station.
They sell pizza they make fresh each day. but only until like 5pm due to
making it fresh every morning. Easily beats the other pizza places we have
in the area (Dominos, pizza hut, Little Ceasars). Westside pizza in the next town
over comes in a distance second.
New York Pizza
To be honest I really miss the Italian Beef sandwiches too. I haven’t found a place out of Chicago that makes them right.
Hungry Howies. Get wrecked NY and Chicago.
The Irishman or the pizza?
When I lived in Munich, my next door neighbor was from Padua. Took a couple of trips with him to Italy, it was spectacular.
Italian pizza is outstanding. It’s simple. It’s less about amount and more about quality, particularly the mozzarella.
The ooni model I saw was gas or wood, but the wood smoke adds to the flavor.
I like Little Caeser’s Hot-n-Ready
Not really a fan of the super loaded or super thick pizzas.
I really miss Portillo’s
Still in Chicago
The best pizza in the world can only be found in Naples, where pizza was invented. Anything else is just a pale imitation.
Yeah, it needs that nice taint of nuclear waste that the mob has dumped all around the countryside.
I went to Italy back when I was in the military and stationed in Germany… It ruined anything other than real Italian pizza for me… Just a simple margherita pizza is pure heaven…
Edit: I do find it hilarious tho that Dominoes shut down their last pizza place in Italy… After I heard that I was like ‘What rocket scientist thought they could even compete??’
buddy’s detroit pizza
