Orc is best. You get stun resist which is great against other rogues, and nubs, aka warriors. Also in wraith axes become more useful and the expertise helps in PvE. I was an orc rogue iin wraith using double axes with haste procs and talents for axes and my DPS would skyrocket when it all procced.

Cringe meta answer? Troll for pve because berserking. It’s not even debatable. Undead for pvp arena because most popular comps have fears. Belf would be second to UD. Battlegrounds/world pvp, orc/UD/belf doesnt matter.
Orc. The TBC bloodfury racial talent is S tier both in pve and pvp… for EVERY class.
It’s why Blizz was forced to change it eventually after it became mandatory for raiding/arenas.
A close second is Undead with Will of the Forsaken but you’ll have to wait until Wrath for the buff.

I’d say UD is number one for PvP. Anything that breaks CC is usually Bis.
Trolls for pve zerking. Not much besides that.
Orc stun resist and fury are really strong too. Good pick for a mix of pve and PvP.
BE aoe silence is solid if you like being a sissy. Also restores energy so it’s like a ghetto thistle tea. Really ghetto.
It actually is debatable because if you can’t reliably proc it at 20% or greater then orc becomes on par.
Not only that but if you hold cooldowns just to try and sync it with beserking there becomes a gap, whereas orc do not have that problem.
Yeah a 50% self inflicting mortal strike is really good for pvp…

Healing debuff doesn’t matter. Bloodfury means you 100 to 0 them faster. If they make it out of stunlock then that’s your problem.
