Benthic things do not come from my main character … what to do? alt 120 level

Do the WQs?
Get some mana pearls so you can buy some gear?

I bought them on main , mailed them to alt - things disappeared from MAIN’s inventory. But there are still no letters on the alt .
until I open nazjatar things on the alt I can’t dress and get it right?
You should be able to equip the gear without the alt having gone to Naz yet.
If you are not seeing your mail on the alt, perhaps it is a display issue. You can do a full UI reset (as detailed in the support article linked below) to rule out UI corruption.

Sorry, Fastheal, that wasn’t clear in your first post. As Kyzera mentioned it may be an issue with your User Interface, so resetting it may be in order.
Otherwise, if you still don’t see them, can you give me the name of the character you sent the items from and to? I’m not seeing any outgoing mail on any of your recently logged into characters.
