ben is not showing up where he is supposed to be. Is there a quest or someone you have to talk to to make him availible
He didn’t show up until the Throne of Thunder patch in retail, so I am assuming that is when we will see him? That should correspond with phase 3.
Yeah, i believe that was also confirmed by blizz devs on bug github
Not sure if that’s the npc… but his location changed in patch 5.4 and the map doesn’t show it.
