WoW barley has a streamer that maintains over 2k viewers outside of Asmond and Limit.
It’s not even remotely popular man. Noone watches the MDI or World arena championships.
Most people just check into the streams to see what wow is up too. Sorry to burst your bubble.
But no one realistically cares about WoW but players like us. Heck I really don’t care much anymore I sub 2x 3x a year if that.
And FF14 barely has any that crack near 1k. The top two are 769 and 526 viewers for two different streams.
WoW is also is in the current top 14th most currently watched.
What is your argument here?
Yeah I think the theme park model as it exists is becoming increasingly dated. Need something that looks more like massively multiplayer Breath of the Wild, where there’s a storyline that can be followed but it’s ultimately very freeform.

WoW will always have players and more than enough to do whatever you need to do in the game. I wouldnt even worry about it’s popularity.

Twitch is not really an indicator of game participation though you can draw some conclusions.

OK - Look you can discount it, but there are reputable publications that speak to active players and numbers, that come often from APIS from the game. I am not going to defend their sources they can do that… nor am I going to discount them as I have eyes to see the very real decline in the player base on every in game activity that I participate in, which you conveniently chose to not discuss.
Last time I saw this kind of fall out was WoD which coincidentally quit providing those numbers. I hope they release 9.1 soon.

To be fair, housing plots are extremely limited. EU datacenter has servers that have plots, but NA? Good bloody luck getting a house plot. Apartments aren’t auto demolished, or vacated, as they’re instanced, like the FC houses. I only have one though for the chocobo stable without being in a FC.
All these posts r making me wanna try it again but I cba to pay for both subs … and play both games
