I want to thank everyone for chiming in and giving lots of feedback and insight.
Ultimately I’ve just decided to step away from WoW again for the time being. As much as I enjoy how it feels to play, the content I’m doing with that gameplay just isn’t really gripping me anymore. I miss the more natural chatting and connecting of finding people out in the world but, regardless of server, that’s been going the way of the dodo for awhile. While I personally think TWW was a lot of steps in the right direction narratively and getting rid of a lot of bad systems, the stuff to actually DO is just… not holding my attention. RP was kinda the last thing I was holding out for but as many have pointed out, blueside overall isn’t doing particularly healthy, and especially on my server of choice. I don’t really have the energy or drive to transfer or roll new toons.
This isn’t just a WoW problem, of course. I’ve felt like the RP scene of a lot of MMOs has been slipping for awhile, maybe people are sticking to discord, or maybe its VR chat now, or everyone is just doing their own personal sagas with AI chatbots. I think it might be time for me to dust off my DM hat and get back to running TTRPGs.
I appreciate all of you here, and hope you guys keep on having fun. I might pop back in near end of expac to see all the story stuff and see what the next expac does, but until that time, stay safe and happy :3

On the upside, sharding with the likes of MG makes War Mode super profitable. You will ALWAYS get that airdrop for free conquest.

Not as of last night. We were able to push them out and snag a few, even with some pretty decent fights on them.

Before we all got together for last nights fun the warrior (Idr their char name) and I ran into eachother in Hallowfall. We were doing pretty good in a 2v5 and almost got it. It seems like if we had just a few more people regularly active within FLAK including an extra healer or two we’d be able to push it in Horde’s favor more often.
I don’t really mind so much not getting the warmode drop because when theres 15+ Alliance around it, I just wait and then fall outta the sky from 5000 feet and crash down to insta kill people for 20 million damage 
…assuming I don’t miss my target

Definitely get involved in cross realm RP! You can always stay on WrA and get involved on MG.

I understand how you feel. It took me a long time to come to terms with whether or not I wanted to stay on WrA on Alliance or go to MG. I fought against swapping servers for ages but eventually made the jump to MG for my primary Alliance characters - not that I’d like to see more people jump ship but you gotta do what is going to be fun for you. It is sad to see how vast and vibrant the RP community used to be on WrA on both Horde and Alliance, to kind of a lonely place if you haven’t found the right guild you are looking for. Not to say WrA doesn’t still have RP, but from what I remember, I think most of it is guild based and maybe event based. Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong. And I believe Horde RP on MG is mostly dead from what I have heard, not that I have cared to check myself.
I would suggest getting involved in cross realm RP. With cross realm guilds now being a thing, you can find more places to find a good home for you and your characters. I’d check out WrA and MG forums for those guilds. It is no fun feeling lonely in a game like this, especially if you are an RPer. I sincerely hope you find what you are looking for.
