I’m not sure what else I might be missing. Maybe some healer specific things like managing mana?
That could be good, like coordinating drinks and the fact you must: have bought mana food prior to the arena (and where to get it), and the fact you need to be out of combat to drink.
Yeah probably a mana/drinking section.
Maybe like a section at the end about how to handle losing/get value out of a loss. Maybe that’s too general and not arena-specific enough to warrant in your guide, but it seems like a lot of people in arena (and most video games in general) are just very bad at losing/dealing with adversity/managing their frustrations. In other words, I guess kind of a mindset sort of thing.
The importance of having the correct gear/stats and talent points.
That’s gonna be in the learn your class section. Kinda just go over all the basics you need to figure out for your spec, and some references you can learn from.
Dead globals and not tunneling/swinging your damage around type thing. Lot of people are really bad at this
Oh ya these are good, even high rated players mess this up.
Camera movement for healers. I used to struggle a lot with staring at nameplates while healing, letting my camera get off the enemy team. Makes it a lot harder to react to game state/incoming CC.
