A Rule of thumb I have here and in eve is if their deal was so good, they’d post on AH/contracts/market. It sell right away.
Therefore, not needing to be by the ah spamming trade for an hour and doing something way more productive.

Trading an item for 3+ sojs, close trade… reopen trade and try to add in a ravenfrost or something instead.
Getting drophacked when trading annis behind a1/a2 wall… good times looking back.
Learned so much life lessons from d2/osrs aka don’t trust a damn soul.
