People and their copium is unreal.
That’s what set me on the path of maining Guardian Druid - all the naysayers saying you’d get 1 shot in 16s and that’s what stopping them from progging keys beyond that and why they’re stuck, etc etc etc.
Leveled mine up and went into keys in S1 in the last 3 weeks and pushed 18 keys with minimal experience as a Guardian Druid.
naw when I look at your achieve page, or raider io, you didnt kill nymue. at all.
why you gotta be like that?
and before you say “I rerolled” your achieves follow you.
Excuse me it was 12/14/23 not 12/16/23
I know hence how I can link them

Demascuss#1248 if you’d like.
This thread depressed the hell out of me.
naw, when you go to raid tab, it shows he didnt kill nymue or larodar on his lock.
so his other alt where he bought a run, has the achieve i think.
Will def add you tonight. I’m at work atm
To be fair they’ve explained why flightstones exist. When they want to give players a reward but the player hasn’t earned a proper reward they give flightstones.
The logic sounds insane of course but that’s the kind of hoops you have to jump through to placate world quest Andies.

I would be happy if they got rid of the loot upgrade system and just let loot be loot. Wasn’t that a motto they agreed to in the past “Let loot be loot?” What happened to that?
I never claimed I killed nyume on my lock. I did however link you the list of achievements showing the dates where I killed and earned the achievement.
Your double down on the cope is highly entertaining.
Keep thinking people better than you bought their runs. You clearly need the cope.
Yea… Another thread of “How dare you not play the game like I do!”
No sweat, getting ready to head to the gym and then do chores - will be on later tonight to link up if you’d like.
Yes, he bought the run on an alt before he even thought of playing the Warlock simply so he could have the achievement 4 months in advance.
Big brain energy there

The loot system is a double edged sword.
The pro side of it is it lets people catch up easier.
Example being right before tindral
My guilds DH tank quit the game. One of the officers rerolled from enhance to DH for the buff and was able to spam run keys to be geared so the guild didn’t lose any prog time.
It would have been worse had the system not worked.

Half of my alts were made to laugh at other players for being bad at their classes.

Wouldn’t affect me any if they decided to go away with it.
But this was the answer for letting the vocal majority that wanted “better gear than i’m skilled enough to gain”. Which went to everyone allowing the top end of players to…not abuse, but benefit greatly, as well.
I mean it’s nice and has its uses, but I can do with it going away as well

I think it also was a way to entice people to try higher content.
You get that hero piece to 6/8 and want to finish it for example.

I sometimes forget how bad a lot of people are at the game until I am in a dungeon for an unnaturally long time and I go “Wow, we’ve been at it awhile. Why is this taking so long?” and then I glance over to damage meters and go “Oh…”
Some people don’t know their rotation and have no intention of learning it.

Has zero to do with that.
It’s more of “play the way you want too but don’t expect the same rewards if you don’t do the same content”
