Layering - Not acceptable!

After seeing a video of a player on twitch exploit the layering system to repeatedly mine an iron vein (I would link it but the forum won’t allow me to) I have become fully persuaded that layering must not be allowed to become a reality for any significant amount of time. I have seen many suggestions on how to possibly fix layering. Most of them are incredibly unreasonable and make for terrible game play. A hard 'No' on layering

After participating in the stress test and experiencing layering first hand I ran into 3 main issues I have with it (other than the buggy stuff like getting stuck in major cities or having to wait 1-2 minutes after accepting a party invite from someone in the same layer before the game worked again, those I’d expect to be fixed before launch).
