I just became exalted with Talanji’s Expedition for the first time on any of my toons, yet it does not count towards the “100 Exalted Reputations” achievement, or is this a bug I’ve run into? I even logged out to see if that would help, but I’m still showing as 98/100 exalted reps. Is there an official Blizzard list that clarifies which factions count towards this achievement?
Just to ask: Did you get that faction rep to max before on another toon? Mainly asking as maxing out the same faction on another toon own’t double count it.
Regardless, if you think it’s a bug, you can hit up the bug report forums and report it there.
Did you already achieve Exalted with Storm’s Wake on a different alliance character? Assuming that this is a account wide achievement, not character based.
Usually for achievements there is no office list, you might find a guide on a site like wowhead or icy veins.

There is also a list of conversions during faction change. If you earned exalted on one faction, it would not earn it again on a different faction.
