Battlenet launcher just an outline of a box

Just got a new custom built PC and had everything on my laptop moved over to it. Tried to start up my battle.net launcher it’s just an empty box, can’t click on anything, can’t play WoW, can’t do anything. How do I fix this?

Download and install the app launcher fresh, it sounds transfer properly.

You might have to uninstall the old one first.

Uninstalled it, and reinstalled it. Now it’s just a black box, same as before, with nothing showing, and nothing to click on. Is there a way to to just manually play WoW? This is so frustrating to have this amazing new computer and can’t play the game I love.

Edit: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/blizzard/t/battlenet-application-opens-with-blank-screen/48781 followed this blue response to the letter, still doesn’t fix my launcher.

You have something blocking the ad that comes up. Could be security software, could be lack of hardware acceleration being turned on for Bnet.

You need Bnet for game updates. After updating you can launch manually, but you’d eventually need Bnet again.

Thank you, found a solution!

In 2025, what kind of person asks for help for a problem, resolves the problem and comes back to post they found a solution and didn’t provide the solution. Smh

Apparently, the graphics drivers didn’t finish installing.
