It’s money and time loss for the consumer. The “Your subscription has expired” timer doesn’t stop when we can’t access the game for issues such as these. It’s becoming an annoyance.
If I already paid for 1 year, can I get my remaining funds back for time not used?
Are you from the blizzard support staff? If not then why are you representing yourself as one?
I don’t think anyone with three functioning brain cells would confuse a player offering a player assistance in this players-assisting-players forum with a Blizzard employee, especially since no one here is entitled to a Blizzard response in this entirely players-helping-players forum.
Quoting something the staff said does not represent one’s self as a staff member. We’re volunteers; we’re fellow players. It’s not that confusing.
What is actually confusing is people who cannot read.
Guinessbrew requested a response from customer support, Perl responded “No, we really don’t.”.
Perl has misrepresented themselves as a Blizzard customer service employee.
Is that too difficult to for you to understand?
Apparently your reading skills are the issue.
Perl’s “no we don’t” is saying that we as players don’t need or get a response from blizzard cs on this.
At no point does Perl pretend to be a blizzard employee.
