If you enchant a set of Heirlooms its really cheap and you usually end up doing more damage than the synced character unless your in the 111-119 bracket. You can also send the enchanted Heirlooms to other characters, so you don’t have to buy new enchants everytime.

There are gears that does not scale as low, hence in 70, 80 and 90s bracket I have encountered Hunter’s using arcane shot to one shot every single opponent he come across.
I do not blame blizzard as there are too many gears to effect the scaling algorithm on, but why not do away with party sync pvp until it is all rock solid?
