Just wondering what everyone’s opinion is on the “scouting” tactic done for BGs. For those who don’t know the group will queue and then when the queue pops one person will come in and check to see if it’s a premade or a pug. If it’s a premade that person will usually leave and nobody else will come in whereas if it’s a pug the premade will come in to stomp them for free honor.
It’s a valid tactic for all the serious rankers. We will have a few sacrificial lambs to scout. Now when we find that sweet Asmongold pre made. We are going to wipe the floor with him.
Best teams do it for bestest honor. Pugs will have to get used to the bend over.
Not what you think it is. The MASSIVE populations mean lots and lots of battleground pops and lots and lots of premades.
The meta you were talking about formed on Vanilla and Private servers that would be considered very low to medium at best when compared to Classic Servers.
imagine being such a TRASH premade you take 15 min deserters every time you come up against another premade lmaoooo… yall gonna be strugglin for bracket 5, gl
The argument the meta used for this was that it was quicker to have a scout eat a 15 minute timer to dodge a premade if it meant stomping a pug. Stomping multiple pugs takes longer than a premade vs premade fight.
The people using this meta have no idea how many premades are going to exist in this overpopulated Phase 3 Classic meta though. There’s a point where multiple dodges in a row will fail and result in honor per hour loss.
Why are so many people scared of a fair fight?
It’s like everyone thinks they’re so tough because they steamroll pugs or kill one or two people with a full group. You don’t want to face the possibility of losing, so you use every dirty tactic you can think of.
I’d hate to see what happens to you in real life if you ever got real power.
