Perhaps this is because it’s hard to regulate but people can’t get banned for this unless they’re using other tools or avoiding other premades.
There’s not a substantive difference between exploiting and cheating if you’re telling your playerbase what is and isn’t okay.
I’m on your side about it needing to change, but no player who is just simply manually queuing together is breaking tos by that alone.
