Everyone has tons of toons in Catalcysm too lol.
I’d also argue the fresh raiding population is still in its infancy. I have friends (admittedly slightly behind the curve) who are just recently hitting 60 this past 2 weeks. A lot of people are just grinding the dungeons before jumping in to being committed to a guild for BWL and beyond.
