Battle pets quests messed up after patch 8.1

I reported this same issue. I have not yet tried the weekly quests since the Tuesday reset today, but as of yesterday, I was unable to pick any of them up.

Pet Battle Quest Issues

Starting on the 11th with patch 8.1, I am not getting pet battle quests that I should be able to get, and am being offered pet battle quests that I should not be able to get. Example: The weekly pet battle quest that you get in your garrison to battle 5 Draenor Tamers is not available. However, one off quests to battle tamers in Kalimdor and Northrend are.
