Another maintenance has come and gone with no fix. Don’t know why I was expecting a different result this week.
Our guild bank got hit again. Just like the last time where more than 50% of our items were taken and never returned, we’ve lost at least 50% more! Entire tabs of items are now gone and any request to chat with customer support is met with a canned response. Where are the actual people to look at and review our concerns. This is getting incredibly ridiculous!
Can you report this in the guild bank loss thread? Many would be very interested to know that the bank bug we were assured was fixed and banks were safe once more—was not so fixed.
After losing most of my items across multiple guild banks, I just assume nothing is safe.
Noooo joke.
Just ask the guys that get scrwed out of thousands of timewarped badges when doing warband transfers, or missing millions of gold from warbank transferring.
Not worth playing a game where the stuff you’ve earned can just vanish and they don’t even give you a straight answer about it!
