mate in college i would take two large skillets, same size. and i legit made 2 pound pancakes that were about an inch and a half thick. I was in speech class and we had to do a speech on how to do something and i did it on how to make 2 pound pancake cakes… brought one in for the class, for what ever reason when you make the pancake that big it actually tastes sweet like cake everony loved it lol
