Any chance we can get this even if it’s just for hairstyles? You’re not stuck with the same beard/hairstyle since the day you were born. Otherwise, not being able to completely change everything else about your appearance I could agree with.

I really can’t stand this argument man. There’s already a big difference between vanilla and SoD. Just play vanilla if you don’t want any changes made.
Let me guess: “just play retail if you want to change your appearance.”
SoD isn’t vanilla WoW anyways, so your logic falls apart.

Transmog I can understand tbh. There needs to be something that separates Classic from Retail.
Achievements, account wide mounts, dungeon finder, and transmog are all things I think should be kept out of Classic. Otherwise it’s basically retail with the classic grind.
Changing your hairstyle though, is an INSANE thing to gatekeep.

Keep it out. I like the significance of designing your character and having to commit to exactly how you want him/her to look forever.

I will explain it one more time.
Its preference/immersion.
A lot of people enjoy the classic RPG feel where when you see someone you can actually see what they are using. Not a made up thing.
It also can be secondary used as a way to see how powerful someone is just by looking at them.
Seeing the awe of an item is also lost on all versions of the game with transmog.
If you don’t care for it that there are many versions of this game that get updates that have transmog. SoD is the only version of the game that gets updates with no transmog.
I have also said before SoD was even out as I want it in retail I would be absolutely fine with a toggle as well. Let the people who want to see transmogs see them and the people who don’t not see them.
And barbershops don’t impact any of the above things mention which is why I am not against barbershops.

SoD is NOTHING like Retail. Tell me you’ve never played Retail without telling me you’ve never played Retail.
