If you see an offensive name ingame, you may report them for it. Blizzard will not retroactively act upon others because you happen to go into a Blizzard Office and set attention to yourself by picking a fight with half the forum.

Doesn’t matter - if you want to report a name, you’d need to do it in person in game. Even then, they will action someone abusing the reporting system.

abusing the reporting system? There is nothing abusing about getting rid of offensive names that shouldnt have made it through in the first place

Naming
Names are subject to the same rules established above. Any name the player has the ability to customize—such as player names, BattleTags, and guild names—must be appropriate and inoffensive. Any name that violates our standards or disrupts the community will be changed, and additional limitations may be placed on the offending account per our discretion.
Take note that acceptable names are determined by player reports and Blizzard’s decision, and role-playing servers may have distinct standards for using game-appropriate names.
You report by right clicking in game.
Armory searches may not be up to date, and should not be considered for reporting.

Report names that are against the ToS. Simple as.

Go in game, if you see a name that may be against the rules, you click on them, right click their icon and report the name.

well thats great moderation by blizzard then! needs to be a way to report on the armory i cant be on every realm
You report them! Report names that you think violate policy! Be thankful the Forum support agent flagged your names with out giving a penalty for those names! I said do not play with fire as that Forum Support agent should not be messed with. You would not like her when Annoyed, Remember Bruce Banner!
