I donāt think it is ignorant to understand that the epic purple staff costing 90g in a GDKP is far more than it cost me to fully consume and have a handful of raid ready alts. The cost isnāt even close.

Nope, the economy is already ruined and thereās no going back. Thatās a big part of the reason I quit SoD. People like them (and gold buyers like you) ruin every online multiplayer game they touch so I love seeing the outrage when the system they used to ruin said economy is taken from them.

Yes, unless you falsely assume that the bots will leave with gdkps. (They will not)
Something else will replace gdkps and bots will be more active than ever. This will always be the case unless something more can be done about bots directly.

100% the later. Removing GDKPs only affects those that did GDKPs. Most others wonāt notice any anything.
Anyone knowledgeable about real world economic theory who isnāt a complete larper would instantly realise that applying real world economic theory to a video game is not going to work. Video game economies break every rule, the wow economy makes basically no sense if you try to view it through the vision of an economy class
This is just false. The demand will drop and some gold farmers will return to the other classic servers because there will be a surplus on SoD servers.
The demand will not drop, it will simply move to some other thing.
GDKPS will be replaced by another way to buy items for gold. This time it will be exclusive to swipers most likely though.
