I am writing in hopes of having someone please respond to my support ticket.
I have been wrongfully banned and accused of using cheat software when i never have. I have been playing this game since 2005 and it has been my source of social interaction and peace of mind treating my depression.
It’s the middle of a pandemic, I have lost almost everything in my life because of the pandemic. My job, my money, my apartment and I had to move back home. I am suffering from great depression and anxiety because of everything.
Now I wake up to find out I have been banned for something I did not do, and it is tearing me apart inside. It was the ONLY thing I still had to keep me sane and stable and blizzard is not replying to my tickets.

Hey Mökî,
As long as you summited the appeal successfully, then a game master will review and respond to it once its turn comes up in the queue. Unfortunately, there’s no way to speed up or otherwise bypass the queue.

No one is able to look at the ticket as the Blues here ain’t part of the appeals team. You’d need to wait on it. It’ll be answer once it reach the front of the line.

The email they sent out in the morning says “They may not respond to appeals”
This is not fair and actually causing me to spiral downward from anxiety and depression dealing with the loss of so much in a single year, and now I am losing my ability to play a game and no one will respond.
Generally speaking, they will indeed respond to tickets up until such time that they advise you that no further appeals will be accepted.
Once they tell you no more appeals will be responded to, that is that. That means they have evidence in their logs that support the account action and you do have cheating software on your computer. It doesn’t even have to be for WoW, if it has a running process while you are playing the game.
I only see two recent tickets on this account, Moki, both are currently open and have not yet been answered. Hang in there, your tickets are still waiting to be seen by our staff.

Thank you for the response and I am sorry for my emotional responses.
I just can’t deal with anymore losses this year that are out of my control. I have never used any game cheats of any kind, I’ve been playing since 2005 and have always loved and cherished this game. It has gotten me through so many hardships in life and this is just TOO MUCH

Exactly what the appeals process is for my friend. False positives do happen. Reading the thread yih already have a ticket in. Now the hard part. You have to wait.
Do you by chance have any macros in your keyboard or mouse software you use in game? This can be flagged as cheating.
I do wish you the best on your appeal.

Last I heard appeal tickets were in the 2-3 day range I think?
To try and help give an idea of how long you may be waiting - According to in-game status of a current ticket I have open - average ticket response time is currently 6 days, 18 hours.
That is the amount of time the oldest ticket in the system has been there, not how long it will take to get to yours, providing it was placed in the proper category for said ticket when you opened it. Appeals are taking around 2-3 days. Most tickets are taking around 2-4 days. Some require more work and that is when the ticket times showing such as the 6 3/4 days comes in. Those are tickets that generally have to be sent up to specialists. Appeal tickets don’t have to be sent to anyone else as they already go straight to the specialists and each new appeal is checked over by a different person to see if there might be something they missed to be able to remove said black mark from your account.
