Each ticket is looked at by a different person to ensure it wasn’t made by error.
Because it’s not a place to debate or fight with them on it.
No, because they use templates, all of them do, so trying to point at that as a reason for it to be thrown out isn’t going to change anything.

They are REQUIRED to use that copy paste template. So no, you can’t report them for doing their job the way they are told to do it.
Everyone who appeals will get one of the template replies. Everyone. They are not allowed to discuss it with you and they will NOT accept any “evidence” from players. Ever. They use only their own internal logs and software results.

For appeals they are not there to answer questions. Just to let you know is the action upheld or over turned! That is it, it is not a dialog.

They do not investigate what you wrote they check the logs to verify if everything is right or is there a reason for a deeper review and possibly over turning the ban.

Legally? No, because Blizzard owns the account and we agree to follow their rules if we use said account. No, you don’t deserve to know more then what’s given.

As someone who used to be a GM (not for WoW), I would advise against fluffing your ticket. The simpler you write things out, the easier it is to digest.

They go by their logs, not by what you say, so whatever you spent 3 hours writing, leave all that out this time. Keep it really short and simple.
