Blizzard does investigate any reports manually before taking any action. And the hacks teams does investigate the logs before taking action towards anyone.
Blizzard wouldn’t just take action towards anyone who would be twinking. There has to be something within the logs for Blizzard to take action. And since we don’t really have access to any of those logs, it wouldn’t be wise to even speculate either, as that is not the purpose of these forums.
