Banned for Exploiting/Cheating

I am posting this for my brother because he is unable to make a post.

Hello, I was just banned randomly trying to level my character on SoD… I was kicked out of the game and received an email that said that my account is being closed due to exploiting/cheating. I am new to World of Warcraft and I have had never any intention to cheat on a video game and especially one I paid for. I would really like to get this resolved because I am having an amazing time. I hope that someone that could help me reads this… Thank you so much

He will have to wait on the ticket you cant bypass the ticket que by posting here.

Your brother would need to put in a ticket to appeal the account action. Nothing can be done here on the on the forums. Nor can you do anything on your brother’s behalf.

Because the CS forum isn’t the appeals them. Never have been, never will be.

That ticket is open, Barbershop - in fact, he has one open in the US and one open in the EU.

I’m afraid that’s all the information I can share to a third party. It’s in queue.
