Just so you’re aware, sometimes, it isn’t even cheat programs that can trigger it. Some general software un-related to World of Warcraft, or even software used for mouse/keyboards can also be a trigger.
Let me ask these?
- Do you use any sort of software for work on your computer at home?
- Do you have a macro set up on your mouse or keyboard that is set up by software of the devices?
- Have you by any other chance may of downloaded another program for another game that the Warden would’ve picked up even?
- Have you logged into a public computer at an internet cafe or somewhere recently?
Like there is a lot to think off. Downloading addons wouldn’t be a trigger to a ban, not unless an addon is using a 3rd party software outside of the addon to do stuff such as automations, which we know Blizzard would break the addon anyways as well if they didn’t like the addon.
Now, Blizzard would not tell you what they have detected, because if anything, for those who do hack and cheat and what not, there is nothing more than finding ways to getting around these things. So, you got to take into the account on what you do on your own computer.
