Bananas Charity Pet

I claimed the Bananas free charity pet almost 3 weeks ago through the WoW store. I already have a level 25 Bananas that I’ve had for years when TCG was still available. I put in a ticket a couple of days later and got a response that “they are aware of the issue” and to keep my eye on the bug reports.

I’ve tried all of the the things that people have said worked… logging out of WoW, logging out of Bnet, restarting, clearing cache, deleting WTF file, repairing WoW, and still no pet.

What do I need to do to get my FREE pet?

if a GM can verify that you were eligible and didn’t get one, they should be able to help you out.

While this continues to be investigated, Game Masters should now be able to help in cases where they can verify that your account is affected by a bug. Keep in mind that if you already had 3 of these pets you would not receive a 4th, due to the limits on how many of a specific pet you can have.
