Ban multiboxing

I’m not trying to educate anyone. Most boxers probably just seem creepy and robotic to the people blasting us on here because for many boxers, typing on one toon hits all the abilities on their other toons.

Is this our daily “ban multiboxing” thread?

Multiboxing is not botting - there is someone controlling those characters
Blizzard is the ultimate authority regarding what is and isn’t okay in game
Multiboxing has always been, is currently, and will likely always be perfectly fine according to Blizzard

Stop making these threads.

It is not contradictory. You just refuse to understand it.

Each character is performing a single action in response to a single button being pressed by a human being.

If you think that is against the rules, then you have redefined the rules so broadly that everyone who has ever played the game should be banned.

and no one multiboxes in a blizzard competition.

would be quite a show to see a lone player pull it off and defeat all others becoming the first MBing world champion

it would be a feat on par with what Doubleagent pulled off and hes still on the panda starting island

You’re a taxation= theft person aren’t you.

Saying multiboxers control 5 characters and acting like you don’t understand what people mean is pure intellectual dishonesty.

And what do you call it when you make comments about something you don’t understand at all? Truth?!? You guys are a riot!! Keep it going, I’m gonna get my boots.

I understand that kveikur and hey if you like clones I really don’t care . it s people that take advansge of what they play to literally change and entire server in just a 3 week span. is my complaint. we never had any on our server until the last month and with in that time botting multiboxers have destroy herbing . today there was 57000 zinathid on auction 3 weeks ago only 5000. people are running 10 clones and tapping nodes to deplete what they hold to the toon of 60 to just 6 I can get. its wrong and abusive behavior this needs to be banned 6 people should not be allowed to control the entire market place.

being a politician

thank you and good night

It’s amazing how many Anarchists play wow.

no what’s amazing is how many Anarchists can’t spell wow

This is not a hard issue to understand at all. You’re just in denial that multiboxers do factually pay for an advantage.

And i can’t wait for you to picket blizzard HQ demanding they change their stance on having multiple accounts.

this isn’t an advantage its theft!

Nice way to cherry pick data. Sure, it was “only 5000”, but only for about a day. Before then, it was around 30,000.

And if you scroll down to the Regional Daily Summary, you can see that Zin’anthid has been showing up on the AH in increasing numbers for a couple months now.

And on top of all that? You have yet to provide a single iota of proof that any of this is because of multiboxers or that there has been some recent surge of multiboxers. You’re just screaming into the wind at this point.

I’d also like to reiterate some other factors that you have repeatedly ignored in your tinfoil wrapped conspiracy theory.

  1. The expansion is over. SL is coming out at the end of the year. There’s no reason to hold onto Zin’anthid anymore.

  2. The world first race is over, and the hall of fame is filled. That, along with point one means demand is dropping.

  3. Quite a few WoW players are stuck at home thanks to COVID 19, so they have nothing better to do than try to earn some more gold.

And none of this started “last week” the way you think it did. Zin’anthid production has been rising for a couple months now.

One person with one account and enough gold can control any market on the AH, what they hell are you on about?

Then imagine what one person with 5 accounts can do.

hes complaining about multi boxers saying theyre “ruining” WoW and the economy theyre upset about them on retail meh theyd have a major meltdown on classic once reaching ungoro crater and seeing the devilsaur mafia controlling the leather farming

Ehh a distinction without a difference or without much of one.

One uses software to pilot a swarm of characters in order to capitalize on a built-in vulnerability in the node design of the game with one person at the keyboard

The other uses software to pilot a swarm of characters in order to capitalize on a built-in vulnerability in the node design of the game without a person at the keyboard

It is a purchased advantage, a win bought and payed for.

It is also perfectly fine with blizzard.

For my part I wish there were more Boxers, many, many more. Then they would just tank the economy and that would be that. Everything would cost 1c with endless stacks of thousands.

Plain old quests would give the ability to buy several levels of your favorite craft skill and life would be all around better except for those looking the buy tokens with their gold.

As it is, there aren’t many of them. There are few enough that they don’t depress the economy too much and they can make coin for their tokens.

The trouble is when Blizz forgets that they allowed this kind of exploit to persist and then they put all those herbs on one spot for the Boxers to savage up and down the shardways.

If Blizz can get their rookies out of the code and away from the whiteboard and find someone who know how to design games, you won’t even notice the Boxers.

Doesn’t mean its fair or anything less that pay to win, but the game is a big place. Its only lazy visionless devs that make it feel small and uninspired.
