Guardians given to me during a badlands quest line have not dismissed. 5 levels later they are still following me around into new zones. How can I dismiss them?
Just curious, but has your character died since this began? Sometimes buffs / debuffs can get “stuck” and character death is one way to clear them.

Try doing a bg or arena as well.
