I use addon “MoveAnything”
Adjust and move UI, text and so on, rly nice addon, although abandon so abit buggy sometimes. For bigger Quest Text:
- Write /move in chat
- Click on first line “Achievement & Quests” and tick the box “Objective Window Scale” and adjust to your needs and remember to untick the box when done

I have the same issue and have tried various font addons which are very much overkill for what I need. I’ve tried Fontain, Fonter and Fontifier. Someone below juggested Phanx which I am currently trying but there is an error in it at the moment although it still works. I just want 1 clear, readable font which I can increase to maybe half as big again as the current font.
Resurrecting ancient thread… but @Fluoxetina try Prat. I use that to help with my blindness.
