Bad Communication is impacting gameplay

I’m not getting ripped off. The decision to remove one mount because they consider it a unique piece of BFA does nothing to me. Especially since they’ve removed titles ,mounts, tmogs, raids, and other content in this same way.

I’ll support you if you have a relevant thought. I don’t support rando whining about nothing.

Just because my thought makes you uncomfortable doesn’t mean it’s not relevant. I understand you’re angry at players who want better, but that’s so unjustified.

Lets see it drives us into a panic and makes obsessive types try and grind for the gold, yay player metric’s. It re-enforces their idea of a “brutal zone” by removing all luxuries. And it makes the elitist’s who already have it feel special.

It’s a win win douche move by Blizzard. They still have not figured out yet that we can read their true intentions like a book.

I’m strongly questioning your ability to read. How would you wanting a mount make anyone uncomfortable?

I’m telling you, they don’t come here because they can’t say or do anything without complaints. You want better communication about a subject that they had not intended to communicate till a later date.

By that logic you are angry that they did not release info on shadowlands a year ago when it was data-mined and instead waited till blizzcon…

Thanks for supporting the topic with free bumps.

9.0 is a long way away. If they want it they can get it. A gun is not held to your head… You are not “forced” to buy tokens… You choose to.

You’re questioning my ability to read, yet you can’t understand what the thread is about?

…yes? Obviously. Complaints are how the game gets better.

I’m not angry at anyone but Blizzard. I’m disappointed in you that you would take your anger out on fellow players instead of standing beside them. Blizzard doesn’t care about you and they won’t reward your loyalty to them. Stand with your fellow players! Put your powers toward good!

That implies that they read this regularly or that they consider it a relevant source for feedback. They don’t. I just like to play wow and debate things.

Going back to a location and purchasing a mount… for the total time of ~5 minutes… is not “revisiting” an xpac.

You apparently like to keep topics you don’t support at the top of the list instead of debating topics that you find relevant.

Oh, so it’s ok because they were going to wait until there was less time to respond and it’s the players’ fault because they found out information they were trying to hide.

Got it.

If you actually want to work at Blizzard, you have to apply. They don’t recruit from the forums.

What is hurting gameplay however is lack of feedback being accounted for. Azurite is universally reviled, the classes are in a horrible state, and azerite gear is super boring. The solution so far classes are staying the same we’re getting a couple more buttons. there still no word on tier for shadowlands.

You guy respond super quick. So it’s fun.

Found out information they were trying to hide? Are you guys really this conspiracy theory crazy?

Were they trying to hide shadowlands? Or anything else thats been datamined? Or, and here me out, do they just release things when they plan too?

Yes? Holy crap are you that dense?

Yeah, that’s why people datamine it and why they use this thing called “encryption” to try to prevent it from being datamined.

Or, and hear me out here (that’s the correct spelling btw), Blizzard’s plan for when they want to release information isn’t for the benefit of the player, it’s for the benefit of Blizzard.

Yeah, they never do anything to interact with their fans…like throwing a big convention each year for instance.

See, you dont disappoint. You pointed about a typo! You did it edgelord!

They were hiding shadowland? You are implying that they were never going to release info on it. In reality they were going to release it at a pre-planned event that they spend millions of dollars on. That comes at the same time every year… where they always release things…

Or like this guy. Why come to the forums to re-watch the same tired buzzword complaints a streamer made in a video a year ago…

The longboi is a 5 million gold mount, that they announced a year in advance that they’ll be removing it.

They’re adding exclusivity to the largest gold sink in the game as a purpose of making people who are currently sitting with obscene amounts of gold to purchase it.

This is basic economics 101 for how to effectively remove large amounts of gold from a virtual economy.

rolls eyes And until that point, they were intent on hiding information on Shadowlands. Because it benefited them to hide it until they had their big grand reveal.

You’re really bad at this “debate” thing.

Once again kiddo, Blizzard hides things until it benefits Blizzard. You’re blaming the player for having the gall to discover their intentions before they wanted the player to know, which could have been two weeks before Shadowlands launched.

They weren’t in a hurry to tell people. Otherwise they would have made it known at launch. Or maybe at Blizzcon, since you seem to think that’s when all their info is released.

After the players found out first.

Don’t forget that part. Very important.

Yeah, I’m sure there’s a ton of people sitting on five million who haven’t bought it yet because they were just waiting for this announcement that they had had no expectation for.

If you had the money, you own the mount.

There’s less communication from Blizzard, and the only communication you get when voicing concerns like this is from the community who tells you “if you don’t like it, then quit the game”.

Needless to say neither of these things is positive for the longevity of the game.
