When I initially arrived in the broken isles I had to hearthstone back and now I can’t go back. The portal in the mage tower isn’t clickable and I don’t have the Dalaran Hearthstone
Well if u can fly fly up to dalaran or get someone with a 2 seater to fly you there to talk to a innkeeper to get a HS.
Or you can enlist a mage to portal you there. I’m not sure of what the benchmark is exactly to have the stationary portals unlocked, but they usually are after a certain point in your questing. Definitely speak to the innkeeper there in Dalaran or complete the opening quests to get your hearthstone before leaving the next time though.
Are you referring to your level 21 Void Elf Mage, Elvis? It looks like you have the quest “In the Blink of an Eye”. So it seems you originally picked up the Legion Returns quest and then spoke with Recruiter Lee to skip the Legion introductory quests. That transports your character to Dalaran and gives you the quest “In the Blink of an Eye”. You just need to turn that quest in to get the Dalaran Hearthstone.
If you left Dalaran you need to abandon that quest and then return to the Hero’s Call board and pick up the Legion quest again so you can speak to Recruiter Lee to be transported to Dalaran and turn the quest in this time around.

I was at level 30 and got the bonus 200 tw tokens that I could hand in. I was not able to get into the Azuna portal or use my dalaran hearthstone–it said I wasn’t eligible to use it. So, I went to chromie in Stormwind and decided to do the intro quest line and instance to Legion. After I was done that (last quest I did was where you get the dalaran hearthstone quest) I was then able to use the portal and use the dalaran hearthstone
Please be mindfulnof the dates this thread is 4yrs old never a good idea to necro a thread this old.

You should make a new thread so the likely outdated information doesn’t get confused with newer information.

I think this was more about providing advise to someone who might find this thread in a search. Not because they were personally having an issue now. They were just sharing what worked for them. 
I do think this one should probably be locked up though. Thanks, all.
