Personally, I feel Azeroth should be a female troll, with dragon-horns and glowing ethereal dragon wings appearing time to time – Given that both Dragons & Trolls were the first natural born races of Azeroth. 
At the very least — They could potentially have her as a female troll, but with 5 fingers & toes, along with glowing eyes akin to the elves.

Perhaps Azeroth is a walrus with the body of a sea lion, or the body of an egret with the head of a meerkat, or the head of a monkey with the antlers of a reindeer and the body of a porcupine.

The most lore correct possibility.
I like this one the most. I would be different from the appearance of any of the other Titan, and would better convey the fact that she’s supposed to be more powerful than they are…and proto-dragons happen to be one of the original species of the planet.
Personal bias has NOTHING to do with the fact that I love this idea! That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it…

see, i’m hoping azeroth’s a troll. one of the first native races of the planet that we ever hear of are the trolls, so to me it’d make sense if she was a giant troll-titan.
