I’m sick of the dev obessision with elves.
There was decades long lore that specifically mentioned Maylgos preferred to take the form of a Nerubian…yet they gave him a blood elf model in Dragonflight.
When Azeroth awakens I’m going to be so annoyed if she’s any kind of elf.
He had a change of heart in his preferred disguise form, gosh! 
If it is an elf, I’m hoping that the sword in Silithus went deep enough to trim its ears…or even just an eyebrow. 
Her blood did turn trolls into elves. She may not exactly be an elf but I predict that she would be elf adjacent.
Azeroth be a Troll and will one day be flippin-out mon and send everyone inta outta space! 
I don’t care what race she’ll be because when she hatches she will be a baby and all babies are precious

An aspect of the Titans taking the form of the spawn of the Old Gods? Absolutely not. Though I do hope Azeroth is a troll. There has been some fan art and I think it would be interesting.
Should be impossible as the Titans are a race-- which look like humans.
