So I guess it boils down to my opinion vs. your opinion. I am thankful for the opportunity for a productive conversation.
I think what it boils down to is “whatever keeps them grinding / subscribed.” As my opinion.
Thanks again for your time, have a good night.
That’s a bit of a drastic oversimplification, I feel. But all of the facts have been laid bare throughout this discourse, it’s up to you to make use of them as you will.

It’s less that that’s what they feel, and more that their hands are tied in what they are able to do. You think they should be able to do more than they can, the developers presently don’t. Definitely oversimplified.
So riddle me this, how often would you think ideas like this walk their happy selves up this inter dimensional ladder from customer support to development to implementation?
A whopping 0%, I’m afraid. Customer Support is not a feedback or suggestion repository for how the game itself is handled. You’d need to post in General Discussion for a situation like yours.
This forum is actively for policy clarification, like how this thread went down, and situations that pertain to the player’s account and payment-related issues.

They post on the General Discussion forums or use the ingame suggestion tool.

From Customer Support? I’d say almost never, since our Support staff isn’t as liaisons with Dev and not tasked with delivering feedback. You’d want to either post in a forum like General Discussion (since this topic doesn’t have a specific forum it would be suited for) or submit through the in-game option. The Support Article I linked in my earlier post provided the same advice.
For ideas from Development to implementation… it depends on the suggestion/feedback. There have been numerous adjustments made to the game over the year based on player feedback/discussions as well as some new features/systems that were a direct result of the same. Will yours? If I had to put money on it, given that it isn’t a commonly voiced request as far as I know, it seems unlikely that another “are you sure” box is likely when it already exists. Like I said, we want to do what we can to help but some actions are firmly in your hands and should be treated as such. You never know though and it doesn’t hurt to put it out there.
