Are these capped or nerfed in current pvp I can’t find information about this.
I know the avoidance stats on rng gear do not work but the enchants do. But what about the speed gem? Is there limits?
Nerfed either end of SL or some time during DF. They’re hardcapped by a fairly aggressive DR.
10% as it’s 2% per unique gem color and there’s only 5 available at last check. You can run double blasphemite embellishment to bump this up to 15% but that’s kind of niche.\
If you mean in conjunction with other things…I don’t think so?
So its possible to run around with 15% speed in pvp?
Baseline, ye, with another 250 on cloak, 1000 to bracers and that’s before talents like the druid 15% passive, warrior 5% passive, etc, etc. 
It feels nice with freedom specs or playing with freedom specs because you actually just nascar around.

dont tertiaries on gear work now? Or did everyone put that on their awc gear for gits and shiggles

No. Well, sometimes. They aren’t meant to. Tertiaries themselves function, just…not “forged” ones.

I remember they stopped them from working when pvp vault was a thing but was really confused when every awc player had avoidance on their gear - was told it works but never really bothered testing
might go into an arena with one leech piece equipped or something to see
There were some instances of it definitely working somewhere but I don’t recall specifics. 
I either had forged leech or ms working in a ranked match.

It’s only supposed to work in pvp from gems/enchants, not any rng tertiary roll on pve gear.
