Probably wouldnt be so long but from all the tickets I see people just ask the most pointless time wasting garbage. They’re mostlu either things you find on google, something that caused a mild inconvenience or some idiot who thinks a ticket is a private interview with devs.
I blame the playerbase for the lengthy ticket times, I can only imagine the hundreds of tickets right now are idiots complaining about queues thinking itll do anything but give them a “just transfer” response.
You think people who are too lazy to google can figure out how to place a ticket?
They are swamped with tickets about RDF.
