Why is is that the Average Queue Time is always about half as long as the Actual Queue Time?
Average Queue Time: 15 min
Time in Queue: 32 min
Every. Time.
Based on how averages work, that’s not supposed to happen.
They need to show the variability in addition to the average.
They need to do something… been sitting in queue for 44 minutes now when it says 17 min avg queue time. It said 18 min when I first queued. Somehow, with me sitting in queue for almost 45 minutes, the average wait time has gone down.
Edit: 53 minutes. That’s ridiculous.
