Yes. It just happened today when I did one of the new puzzles as a WQ. As soon as the puzzle’s action bar disappeared, the avatar was gone. I had to reload to get it back. At least I know to look for that so I’m not surprised when I am in a fight. A macro with /reload is now hotkeyed.
wow, two weeks and no blue posts on this. I do not play a lot but try to keep up with current patches. With the Zereth Mortis patch I have had to reloadui 2 to 3 times a day when I play so my avatar is visible. I have not paid attention to when it specifically happens but this last time it happened while engaging a world rare. It’s more of an annoying bug than anything to me but I rarely raid so I am sure it could be worse.

I stand corrected. This started happening again today even more than previously.
Having same issue on my characters, randomly it seems. Thanks for the /reload fix but yes, the people responsible for the game NEED TO FIX THIS!
