It really sucks because as a disc priest, I can’t level the playing field against say, a mage, warrior or rogue. They can go out into the world and snag quite a few kills all before the next match happens. I don’t want to spec shadow for pvp, I like the support/healer role.

Are there regions with more balanced populations? I’m US East right now, and the queue times are 20-30 minutes right now.

If your trying to get exalted than sorry at this point BUT if your aiming for PvP Ranks the longer the AV que the better, it means you dont have to do 130+ games a day because no other horde on your server can either.
If the alliance have instant ques than they need to keep up with everyone else that has instant ques meaning AV/WSG all day non-stop at a faster clip.
in terms of ranking longer ques means you actually get to relax.
This is why I pushed really hard to get my rep grind done the first week. After a few weeks the queues for av start to become painful
first week of AV when the ques were 1-3 mins (ended being 2-4 mins by sunday) it was draining 5-7 min games and basically doing 7-10 AVs an hour, I was thankful horde started turtling by saturday just because it broke up the monotony and allowed for some actual PvP in AV.
but now that im already exalted i wouldnt mind if Horde ques go to 25-35 mins for AV all that does is make WSG closer in terms of honor gain while also reducing the global amount of Honor needed for ranks horde side since either way WPvP isnt close anyways.
Longest I’ve had was like 13 minutes.

Oh ffs. I don’t have the time to sit around for 20 minutes to play a 6 minute BG. They either need to eliminate cross-realm BGs (or at least divide the regions a bit more) or open up faction transfers.

That’s right… Everyone knew that it would be like this, but they bandwagoned Horde for phase 2 anyway and are now praying for faction transfers.
