We are back to a two tower race now. The bosses are easier to kill with just 2 towers down.

True, but doesn’t make it acceptable either
The devs could easily toss in a flat 30-40% health buff to battleground NPCs (a simple numbers tweak in the background… doesn’t even require any “work”) at the start of each new season to offset player power inflation/player gear creep
They’re just lazy and don’t pay attention to casual PvP/casual battlegrounds at all, so now the 2-tower base rush strat is back all of a sudden

Remove the bosses and make players get HK’s at the towers to claim them instead of cap a flag. Now you have to PvP at the Towers and fight for resources.

Alterac Blitz has been possible since April.
If they buff HP theres no way youd get it
But they have to give players that worked hard for their gear a sense of progression. If the NPCs never get any easier why bother with the gear. It’s all a pitch to the weak and their ego, would’ve been fixed seeing how obvious and consistent the issues usually are 
You could remove the NPC and let the players test that gear progression against other players in this thing called PvP. Just a thought.
I did manage to have a 1 hour long AV earlier tonight it was Epic. Everyone wins when that happens. Got a lot of HK’s and had some fun PvP for once.
I just don’t see why people play Epic BGs if they want to zerg an NPC avoiding Epic PvP. These BGs should have players fighting for awhile and getting 100’s of HKs. That’s what makes them Epic.

That would work if all players were on equal footing (geared) but it seems like the power gaps are whats most enjoyed by the masses, not the epic battles. There was a system in place kind of like that, where players were more or less evenly matched (power); I don’t think it went over to well as it didn’t carry over to the future expansions.
Yeah that system was wack just like this current one. Luckily DF is bringing back the two sets.
